Our Story

Honoring our favorite neighborhood Nonna, Flavia's Cucina Romana was created to draw the line between American-Italian recipes and traditional ones. Using the perfect balance of local and imported ingredients, you can expect our chefs to produce an array of traditional Roman-Italian recipes that have not been altered from their original form.
